- 250g cheese of choice
- 100g of figs
- 1 or 2 pears
- 200g of Ajwa dates
- 150ml of balsamic vinegar
- 200g of walnuts
- 250g of grapes
- 200ml of honey

METHOD
Step 1: Start by cutting the cheeses in slices or shapes of choice.
Step 2: Then, pair it with figs, pears, Ajwa dates, walnuts and grapes onto the cheese platter.
Step 3: Pour balsamic vinegar onto a small bowl and do the same for honey. Finally, place it on the cheese platter.
TIPS
Use small cheese knives and a honeycomb to make a great presentation for your guests.
